XtremeClean HEPA Vacuums with Tool Autostart Xtremeclean HEPA vacuums come in 12 and 19 gallon capacities (note, the 8 gallon vacuums have a Push and Clean filter system, not XtremeClean).
The term "XtremeClean" refers to a specially patented system that automatically blows the filter off as you work, so you spend more time vacuuming and less time cleaning out the filter. Half of the filter is used for suction while the other half is being cleaned, so you never lose suction power. Click HERE for more info and a video sample.
The term "Tool Autostart" refers to the fact you can plug a tool (sander, saw, etc.) into the vacuum, and when you turn the tool on/off, the vacuum automatically turns on/off. There are two varieties of Tool Autostart:
- AS/E = Autostart/Electric. An outlet on the front of the vacuum allows you to plug a small hand tool (6 amps or less) into the vacuum, and when you turn the tool on, the vacuum automatically turns on.
- AS/PE = Autostart/Pneumatic and Electric. In addition to an electric autostart outlet, there is a pneumatic connection to autostart the vacuum with pneumatic tools.
Features include:
- HEPA 0.3 micon filter, exceeds EPA RRP standard with 99.99% filtration
- HEPA filter certificate (all filters individually tested and certified)
- 1.6 HP, 1000 watt self cooling bypass motor (7.25 HP peak)
- 135 CFM airflow
- XtremeClean Self-Cleaning Filter, depending on model
- 92 inches vertical static water lift (extractor level of power)
- Super quiet 59 decibel noise level
- Soft-Start Technology, which gently gears up the motor to create less motor wear over time
- 120 volt, 7 amps running, 9 amps peak (meets ETL-C electrical standard)
- 8 or 12 gallon heavy duty poly canister; or 19 gallon stainless canister
- Extra big rear wheels with front casters for easy movement on uneven surfaces
- Versatility of operations. Any vacuum can be easily adapted to a non-HEPA vac by installing a non-HEPA filter, which simply screws on. This way, you don't waste a HEPA filter on a non-HEPA job.
