Industrial Vacuums has supplied vacuums to industry, contractors, home users, fire departments, and federal, state and local government agencies since 1992. 

Our goal is to provide the highest quality vacuums and 100% customer satisfaction. That is why we guarantee to take back a vacuum if it does not meet your expectations (see warranty section). 

Our sales staff will listen to your needs and make recommendations about which vacuum is right and most cost-efficient for you.  If it does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 5 days of receipt (see warranty section).  We will take time to work with you. That is why we have had fewer than 10 vacuums returned in the past decade!
