Shipping of Orders

Orders are shipped on the same or next business day via UPS, Yellow Freight, or Fedex.  If you would like to ship using your shipping account number, contact us at 800-214-9111.  If an item is on backorder, you will be notified by phone or email of the backorder status.

Returns

Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item. A vacuum may be returned within 5 days of receipt if it does not meet your satisfaction and is undamaged. We ask that you retain the shipping box to return the item. After the item is returned in satisfactory condition, credit will be issued to your charge card. YOU MUST OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER prior to returning product.  Credit cannot be issued on items returned without a return authorization number.  Please call or email us to obtain a return authorization number.  A restock fee of 15% may be charged on certain orders Thank you.
